DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Breakdown targets up to Distributor level Set incentive scheme so that the Team is motivated to achieve targets Conduct supervisory calls (audit team work results in the field) and training calls (direct monitoring of work processes) Set Trade Promo together with NSM Ensuring the achievement of targets in the Area by managing the Trade Promo budget effectively & efficiently
REQUIREMENT

Minimum have 7 years experienced in related field (Sales) or 2 years in the same position from FMCG or Frozen Food will be advantage Minimum Bachelor Degree of any major Familiar with those area that you applied (West Indonesia; especially all Sumatera, Batam, Pontianak, Balikpapan, dan Banjarmasin / East Indonesia; Bali, Lombok, Kalimantan, Sulawesi)
