DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions to optimize the systems. Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms to analyze customer behavior and trends. Develop & maintain chatbots, recommendation systems, and automation tools for better user engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Monitor and fine-tune AI models to improve accuracy and performance. Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML technologies and their applications. Maintain product recommendation system (GCP)
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role for minimum 3 years Strong programming skills in Python + GCP ML services Experience with LLM/Generative AI implementation Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and vector databases Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Experience in developing AI solutions for consumer products or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
