Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive sales, marketing, and business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for expansion, product positioning, and competitive advantages.
Set clear KPIs and regularly monitor performance against goals to ensure consistent progress.
Dealer and Distributor Management
Identify, onboard, and establish strong relationships with new dealers and distributors to expand the company’s presence across Indonesia.
Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to existing dealers and distributors to maximize sales performance.
Negotiate terms and agreements with distributors and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor and evaluate dealer performance, addressing issues proactively to maintain a robust network.
Marketing and Brand Development
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of strategies.
Develop and implement pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies tailored to local market needs.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Design and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Collaborate with the regional marketing team to align local strategies with global brand objectives.
Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and exhibitions to promote company products.
Possibility to leverage digital marketing channels to reach wider audiences and drive online sales growth.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build strong capabilities and ensure professional growth.
Provide regular performance feedback and conduct evaluations.
Reporting and Communication
Prepare and present regular reports on sales, market trends, and business performance to the regional director and head office.
Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
REQUIREMENT
Experience as sales/marketing in FMCG industry (preferably utensils but not limited) for minimum 10 years and minimum 5 years of managerial experience
Must have experience finding, managing and maintaining relationships with dealers (distributers) to expand the market throughout whole Indonesia
Managerial experience including managing subordinates and fabricating sales/marketing strategies from scratch is needed
Excellent English skills both verbal and written
Experience working in Japanese FMCG company or Rep. Office will be a plus
