Understand recruitment workflows, policies, and procedures. Source potential candidates via online platforms and headhunting. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. Organize and support the candidate selection process. Facilitate tests, case studies, and assessment centers.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related fields. Basic understanding of recruitment and online platforms like LinkedIn. Strong communication skills, proactive, and detail-oriented. Familiar with Microsoft Office and recruitment tools. Interest in recruitment and HR development.
