DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and manage AI projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and schedules. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate issues to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs. Use and continually develop leadership skills. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency. Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven working experience in project management. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in AI technologies. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services. Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data lake architectures. Understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Experience with project management software tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in risk management and resource allocation. Knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics. Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI.
