DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Handle the recruitment, selection & interview, employment contracts, onboarding and off-boarding
formalities;
• To provide a full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, staff
retention, performance management, training & development.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business strategies, monitoring overall HR
systems, procedures, and strategic implementation throughout the organization.
• Developing strategic planning on manpower, training, staff cost and budgeting, manpower planning,
recruitment, HR compliance, training and development, employment Visa applications, HR SOP, etc.
• Provide high-level advice, guidance and management to the business on full range of employee
relations and performance management and industrial relations issues.
• Ensure all HR management in the organization is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
• Create and implement an effective HR program, including recruitment, performance management,
compensation and benefits management, staff relation, development and training, and compliance
• Plan and organize timely and accurate preparation of HR regulatory reports;
• Provide strategic and professional advice on HR-related issues;
• Ensure good communication with internal and external Stakeholder
• Perform an ad-hoc task as assigned
REQUIREMENT
• Min. Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or related disciplines
• Minimum 5+ years of working experience in a senior supervisory/ Assistant Manager role in the HR
field and preferably working in PMA Company, Trading, Manufacturing.
• All-round HR operation experience is a must (Recruitment, Organization and People Development,
Training, HR-IR)
• Solid understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent English proficiency in both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, interpersonal and good problem-solving skills
• Having experience handling ISO 9001:2015
• Having CHRM is point plus
