Develop & implement sales strategies to achieve target.
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue objectives by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities for Cosmetics segment
Strategically manage key accounts to maximize profitability and ensure alignment with customer needs.
Proactively build a healthy opportunity pipeline through robust opportunity tracking and monthly reviews.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Forecast demand & supply to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability.
Monitor performance & prepare sales reports.
Monitor & analyze performance metrics & suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Analyze & evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
Develop & manage sales budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
Ensure timely management of receivables and adherence to financial targets.
Manages the KPI for distributors, aligning with the strategy on growth.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.
Manage merchandising, stock levels, and event promotions.
Collaborate closely with marketing team to nurture leads.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our solution and differentiate us from competitors.
Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
Inspire a goal-oriented, competitive mindset within the team to achieve shared objectives.
REQUIREMENT
Must have at least 3 years of experience in Sales in the beauty / cosmetics industry.
A target-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding goals and driving results.
Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Can-do attitude. Positively seeing challenges as opportunities to strengthen relationship and improve process.
“Hunter” mindset in driving business growth.
Must be a decisive, goals-oriented individual, capable of independent decision making with the ability to successfully meet targeted goals and time and budgetary constraints.
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, and leadership skills.
Experience in effectively managing projects and deadlines.
Strong understanding of the beauty / cosmetics market, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market data for decision-making.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and to directing or influencing others (both inside and outside the direct chain of command) with the ability to interface effectively with team members and management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
