DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain good and active relationship with clients Interpreting the clients business needs Promoting our product and services Share and discuss internally with other departments / divisions if needed In conjunction with the business strategy set by Sales Division Manager, develop business to ensure revenue and profitability with long term successful performance Achieve GPM (Gross Profit Margin) as quarterly and yearly target Draft, negotiate and secure contracts for clients Promote the image, capability and integrity of the company to the clients Manage pre and post contract commercial issues
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree of Economics, Social Science, Engineering or related fields Preferable F3male At least 3-5 years experience as account manager in private company/BUMN Have at least 3 customer bases and have good connection with them Good communications skill in English, and Japanese will be an added advantage Has good understanding in System Integrator Has good negotiation skill and customer service oriented Capable of identifying new opportunities Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously Good planning and organization skills Proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matters Willing to be placed in Jakarta Office Full-Time Position(s) available
