DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and implement a trade marketing plan for relevant channels.
Review the effectiveness of the trade marketing plan alongside the marketing and sales team.
Oversee execution of planned BTL activities (i.e. ground activation, branding, consumer promo, planogram, etc).
Ensure efficient management of trade promotion budget/funds by monitoring sales against investment.
Bridging all related parties to ensure good product availability, performance and visibility in the market.
To conduct and analyze relevant market intelligence in the total Sumatera region.
To perform special tasks/projects/assignments or any other work given by the management.
Willing to be placed in Medan (North Sumatera) and responsible for the total Sumatera region.
Develop & implement a trade marketing plan for the relevant channel in the Sumatera region. Additionally, do monitor & review the ongoing activities alongside marketing & sales.
Coordinate & manage all related parties (supply & demand, commercial, merchandising, operation) to ensure good product availability & visibility in the market.
Regularly do sales briefings to ensure our planogram for every brand.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or Management.
Relevant experience: minimum 3 years of Trade Marketing or Category experience in an FMCG environment.
Relevant exposure of 3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales functions will be considered for the role.
Strong Interpersonal & Analytical skills.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Willing to places in Medan North - Sumatera or Palembang - South Sumatera.
