DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure compliance with OJK and BI regulations related to human resources, including labor laws, employment contracts, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and company's strategic objectives. Monitor regulatory changes and update HR policies and practices accordingly. Together with HR Manager, develop & socialize SOPs Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, training and development, and offboarding. Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Conduct performance appraisals and identify training needs. Develop and administer payroll supporting datas Build strong relationships with employees and address employee concerns and grievances. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and disputes. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Identify and mitigate HR-related risks, such as employment litigation, discrimination, and workplace harassment. Implement effective risk management practices, including regular audits and reviews. Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training and development. Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. At least 5-7 years of experience in human resources (Operations or Analyst & Organization Development), preferably in a financial institution or a regulated industry. Experience in handling complex HR issues, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compliance , Organization Development, KPI setting, employee engagements, etc. Deep understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices, particularly those related to the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of OJK and BI regulations, including those related to human resources, corporate governance, and risk management will be a plus point Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels, as well as with external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve HR issues. Proficiency in HR software and systems, such as HRIS and payroll systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Care about employees, humble & stress proof is a must Willing to work on Saturdays (half day) Willing to be based in Ancol soon and work mobile if needed
