DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. At least 5-7 years of experience in human resources (Operations or Analyst & Organization Development), preferably in a financial institution or a regulated industry. Experience in handling complex HR issues, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compliance , Organization Development, KPI setting, employee engagements, etc. Deep understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices, particularly those related to the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of OJK and BI regulations, including those related to human resources, corporate governance, and risk management will be a plus point Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels, as well as with external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve HR issues. Proficiency in HR software and systems, such as HRIS and payroll systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Care about employees, humble & stress proof is a must Willing to work on Saturdays (half day) Willing to be based in Ancol soon and work mobile if needed
