DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support the learning and development of the sales team Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads Track and report all sales activities Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis Create and develop relationships with distributor and wholesale partners Drive all key sales initiatives originating from Regions and Headquarters Ensure sufficient stock for monthly promotions and new launches with appropriate sales forecasts Plan quarterly, monthly and weekly targets
REQUIREMENT

Have Experience in Handling for East Indonesia is a must Have minimum 5 years' experience working in FMCG company as Regional Sales Manager Willing to be placed in Surabaya Experience managing sales teams Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads Excellent written and verbal communication skills
