DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Reporting directly to the Country Director Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy Managing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development, specific to the Freight Forwarding industry Overseeing employee and industrial relations matters to maintain a positive workplace culture Designing compensation and benefits packages that are competitive within the logistics sector Ensuring performance management, disciplinary practices, and compliance with local labor regulations Supporting organizational design initiatives to optimize the workforce and structure for operational efficiency Providing guidance and coaching to managers on HR policies, people management, and conflict resolution Making strategic decisions on HR partnerships to support business growth and expansion Maintaining effective reporting of HR metrics, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives Managing HR data to drive strategic decision-making and support business growth Ensuring confidentiality and security of all HR-related information Thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment to support the demands of the freight forwarding industry
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, FMCG, or retail and related sectors Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations relevant to logistics and transport Proven track record in employee relations, talent acquisition, and development within fast-moving logistics or consumer-facing environments Experience in making key decisions related to HR partnerships and external relations Knowledge of HR systems and experience with web-based platforms for recruitment and talent management Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Ability to handle complex HR challenges, exercise critical thinking, and implement innovative HR solutions High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality Preferably a candidate who is experienced working in a South Korean company
