DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, FMCG, or retail and related sectors Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations relevant to logistics and transport Proven track record in employee relations, talent acquisition, and development within fast-moving logistics or consumer-facing environments Experience in making key decisions related to HR partnerships and external relations Knowledge of HR systems and experience with web-based platforms for recruitment and talent management Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Ability to handle complex HR challenges, exercise critical thinking, and implement innovative HR solutions High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality Preferably a candidate who is experienced working in a South Korean company
