DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve company goals and objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential, setting clear targets and performance metrics. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to the executive team. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, adjusting strategies as needed. Provide knowledge for customer related to products, availability, and also process buying. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaint regarding service and process buying. Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field. A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Experience as a Sales Manager in the property industry is a MUST. Good communication, persuasive, presentation, and leadership skills are essential.
