REQUIREMENT

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory position. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with data analysis tools. Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles and financial reporting. Language: Strong in English and Passive Mandarin is preferred Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ethics: Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential financial information. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
