Acting as Lazada's representative in the appointed area Management of our ecosystems of partners/3PLs along with the components Monitoring B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick up to sort to customer delivery Ensure every steps taken with full priority in the aspects of striving for Customer Experience Monitor every process in the warehouse operations complied with the agreed SOPs Major KPIs monitoring : daily Same day shipped, daily Picklisted to shipped, and daily E2E delivery performance, Weekly Inventory Management, Stocks Agings, Defective items report and Monthly HSSE monitoring Coordinate transfer order schedule with Ops team, Sourcing team, and Inventory Team Responsible for increasing local Inbound and gather information related to potential local suppliers to optimize local contents Proactively highlight and update any irregularities at the operation ground level Prepare accurate reports to upper managements Cost driven and ability to drive things happen, and posses can do attitude Candidate should possess Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Logistic/Warehouse Management or equivalent At least 5 years of working experience in warehouse or logistics company Fluent in English required and proficiency in local language would be an added advantage Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage Strong team management skills Good Excel skills Detail Oriented, Strong analytical and planning skills Accountability and Ownership
