DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Create and organize all of security schedule Conducting supervision on the implementation of security’s job descriptions Coaching and training to improve member's discipline Provide periodic reports to management about the implementation of security’responsibilites, supervision, and control of security members Evaluate team performance
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma in any field. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Security Maximum age 30 years old Candidate must possess at least SMA/K/Diploma any field Have experienced lead the security team Must have training certificate from local police Be able to communicate and coordinate Have good leadership, good teamwork, responsible and deft Can work under pressure and teamwork Having good attitude and good communication skill High discipline, willing to learn and hard worker Extrovert and outgoing personality High motivated, full initiative and hard worker
