DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop, maintain and continuously improve our internal quality control system for furniture (Outdoor and Indoor). Ensure the availability of quality standards and operating procedure of quality standard checking in-house production process to ensure that the standard is being implemented accordingly as wood, aluminium, stainless steel, weaving, batyline and cushion. Assess and file complaints from customers and use input to continuously improve quality checking system, train QCs and take measures to ensure the according quality failures do not re-occur. Develop and monitor Company Quality KPIs (Key performance indicators) Generate and control visual and measurement test to ensure that the goods produced to meet the required standard. Communicate with production team when adjustment and / or improvement needed during production process. Ensure the goods are being inspected accordingly prior to packing.
REQUIREMENT

Jepara base. Full time employment Candidate must possess at least SMU, preferably Diploma in industrial (wood) Engineering, carpenter. PIKA Graduate preferred. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Individual must be a team player, professional, motivated, solutions orientated and take responsibility for their work and that of their team. Strong interpersonal communication skills required. Demonstrated strong leadership ability, strong organizational skills and ability to effectively plan and prioritize work to meet established deadlines. Required Skill(s): quality control, team leader, Microsoft Office, quality assessment, quality specification, wood, furniture, outdoor furniture.
