DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To organise and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance, routine monitoring, routine inspection and repair works Able to carry out and monitor servicing and maintenance on FCU, AHU, Chiller, Cooling Tower, etc To liaise with customer on issues and work with internal management to executive, schedule and monitor jobs Ability to source spare parts and services of third parties related to air cond and electrical services Ability to evaluate supplier pricing and send competitive quotations to customers Ability to use MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power point to do reports and communication To record and document all maintenance activities including daily weekly and monthly reports for internal purpose and to end customer
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or HVAC related course Good interpersonal skills dealing with end customers Good oral and written English skills Good Computer skills and knowledge especially in MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint Fresh graduates with good HVAC knowledge is encouraged to apply Project Management Skills will be an advantage
