Property manager must be efficient in communication between upper management and them-self.
Performs the role of supervisor of SOP’s across all departments
Creates an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction.
Monitors the performance of the hotel
Maintains product and service quality standards
Analyze financial revenue, petty cash, cashier manual reports for management that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances
8 Establishes and maintains a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation
11 Plans and organizes the work of others across all departments
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree in any field (Degree in Law is a big plus)
Wiling to work and stay in Karawang Area
Good command of English
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment
