DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive modernization business growth and market share
Proactively identify and generate modernization opportunities beyond the current customer base
Manage the full sales cycle, including client engagement, solution development, tendering, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure
Prepare and present modernization proposals and customized solutions based on customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, consultants, property management companies, and key stakeholders
Manage sales pipeline and ensure effective funnel conversion to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Gather market intelligence and monitor trends, competition, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies
Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver competitive and high-quality solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with project teams to deliver on commitments
Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to achieve business objectives
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in elevator, construction, or building services industries
· Proven track record in large project sales modernization projects
· Strong network with property developers, consultants, and building owners in Hong Kong
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and strategic thinking
· Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
