Ensure overdue payments remain within agreed targets and maintain healthy financial performance.
Team Management
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
Manage day-to-day sales operations, including planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales consultants to build a high-performing commercial vehicles sales team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous feedback and development support.
