DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, networks, and business applications. Support and monitor IT infrastructure, including systems, servers, Wi-Fi, CCTV, IP telephony, and other smart technologies. Manage user accounts, software installations, IT assets and service requests.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or related field Minimum 2 years of helpdesk support experience
