DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Achieve sales targets in terms of Number of active B2B customer activations Order value (revenue) for cable product through structured tele sales execution and pipeline management. Execute high-volume daily cold calling activities to generate new B2B leads and expand customer base across industries. Deliver daily KPI targets, including Number of outbound calls, Number of quotations issued, Number of new customer engagements & activations. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through quotation, negotiation, and closing. Prepare accurate and competitive costing & quotations using SAP System and Excel, ensuring alignment with margin and pricing strategy Conduct effective negotiation and deal closing, ensuring all commercial terms and documentation are completed prior to order processing. Maintain disciplined usage of SAP systems for Logging activities, Managing pipeline, Processing sales transactions. Coordinate closely with Customer Service (order execution, delivery), Credit Control (AR collection) Provide basic technical & commercial consultation to customers to support solution selling.
REQUIREMENT

2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales/Telesales within B2B industrial sectors (Manufacturing, F&B, Pulp & Paper, Telecommunication, Data Center, or similar) Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, achieving sales KPIs, and closing deals Strong negotiation and communication skill Good command in English Familiarity with SAP and CRM tools is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including costing and pricing calculations Able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong resilience in handling rejection Highly organized, proactive, and structured in managing pipeline and daily sales activities Result-driven, fast learner with strong ownership and ability to quickly understand products and customer need
