Strategic Planning: Develop and execute robust sales and marketing strategies to drive the growth and penetration of the company’s healthcare products.
Key Account Management: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with Western medicine practitioners (GPs, specialists), and key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
Market Penetration: Drive sales performance, identify untapped business opportunities, and expand the company’s footprint within assigned healthcare sectors and medical institutions (including private clinics, medical groups, and specialist centers).
Professional Marketing: Plan and execute targeted, high-impact marketing campaigns and medical detailing for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), including seminars, webinars, and scientific product presentations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (Regulatory, Product, and Logistics) to ensure all sales and marketing activities are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in strict compliance with healthcare regulations.
Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for business growth.
Trade Marketing & Visibility: Oversee and optimize trade marketing initiatives, ensuring impactful point-of-care visibility within medical institutions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key sales metrics and marketing ROI; prepare regular reports for management review.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the Pharmaceutical, FMCG or Healthcare industry. Experience managing ethical channels is highly preferred.
Strong numerical sense, good analytical skill, attention to details and multi-tasking
Be outgoing with good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in spoken & written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
