DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide first-level IT desktop support and technical assistance to end users Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues Perform device imaging, re-imaging, setup, and configuration Manage incident logging, tracking, and resolution within SLA timelines Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Escalate technical issues to vendors or support teams when required Create and update work instructions, standards, and procedures
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in IT or related field At least 1 year of hands-on desktop support experience
