DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for merchant requests received, phone & email
Daily reconciliation – Payment received for refund/Terminal rental fee & Terminal Deposit
Prepare monthly rental invoices & follow up for outstanding rental payment
Monitor Pending Merchant Payment GL & follow up payment with merchants due to chargeback & refunds.
Prepare monthly vendor invoices, create PR in SAP
Payment Facilitators & Master Merchants billings, Government MDR Payment.
Merchants & department stationeries monitoring. Deliver merchant paper rolls & card scheme decals
Providing assistance and support related to enhancement & merchant issue due to system problem
Enforce and maintain merchant helpdesk procedures. application to ensure compliance.
REQUIREMENT
University/College graduate, preferably in financial services or insurance. A fresh graduate is acceptable. Good command of language (English, Bahasa Malaysia) and interpersonal skill. Be able to adapt to changes fast
