DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote insurance products and services through our banking partners Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at our partner banks Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the bank's customer base Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging campaigns and promotional materials Achieving individual and team sales targets in line with the company's objectives
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bancassurance or sales role within the insurance industry Strong understanding of the insurance and banking sectors, as well as the regulatory environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
