DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor and review site operational expenses, ensuring accurate recording, proper allocation, and budget compliance for OPEX and CAPEX. Prepare and maintain financial and cost reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses, providing insights for management decision-making. Support monthly and periodic closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting for site operations. Coordinate with operational departments to validate expense data, supporting documentation, and ensure alignment with company policies and accounting standards. Assist audits, identify opportunities for financial efficiency, and implement cost control initiatives to optimize site-level operations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Finance, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, or related financial functions. Good understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and basic accounting principles. Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. Able to prepare and analyze financial reports effectively. Able to work under tight deadlines and in a dynamic site operational environment. Willing to be placed on site with roster 6:2
