DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and implementing robust IT infrastructure strategies to align with the company's strategic goals Managing and optimising the performance, availability, and security of servers, networks, storage systems, and other IT components Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across the organisation Identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities in the IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability Leading a team of IT infrastructure professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and address their IT infrastructure requirements Developing and implementing IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure business resilience Staying up-to-date with the latest IT infrastructure trends, technologies, and industry best practices, and driving innovation within the organisation
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of leading successful IT infrastructure projects Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud-based solutions Strong understanding of IT infrastructure design, implementation, and optimisation, as well as experience with IT service management and IT operations Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex IT infrastructure challenges Familiarity with industry-standard IT frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO Experience in using Cloud-based solutions, e.g., AWS, Huawei, Google, Azure, etc Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
