DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Identify and approach potential customers to introduce and promote principal products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with End Users and Partners by effectively presenting product value, features, and solutions.
Conduct product presentations, follow-ups, and sales negotiations to support business growth.
Prepare and manage sales reports on an ongoing and timely basis, including quotations, bookings, pipeline updates, and renewals.
Coordinate with internal teams and principals to ensure smooth order processing and timely invoicing.
Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities for principal products.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales or related positions, preferably in B2B or principal product sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Having work experience in a principal safety company is considered a plus point.
