DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor system performance, capacity, and error logs; fine-tune configurations as needed. Troubleshoot incidents, apply hotfixes/patches, and coordinate with vendors/product teams for permanent resolutions. Create and maintain knowledge base documentation and operational runbooks. Implement proactive monitoring and alerting to prevent recurrence of issues. Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization, automation, and performance improvements. Provide support for hardware and infrastructure issues escalated from the customer team. Proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying data center infrastructure, working on Hyper-V, Windows Servers, REHL, CyberArk PAM and Veeam Data Backup products. Experience with Hyper-V cluster setup, vNIC, and vSwitch configuration. Experience with performing CIS hardening on Windows 2022 Data Center & REHL, GPO deployment. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS). Familiarity with ITIL change and incident management processes. Good knowledge of networking (IP addressing, routing, VLANs). Knowledge of BMC Control-M is preferred Knowledge of implementing firewall rules, support network switches is preferred Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate ITIL Foundation v3/v4 Key Competencies: Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving. Ability to remain calm under pressure and drive quick resolutions. Strong stakeholder and vendor management. Strong documentation and escalation handling skills.
