DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Own and drive the achievement of monthly sales targets for Used CV & IE units. • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Product Manager to define monthly and quarterly sales objectives by model and segment. • Develop and maintain a robust forecasting process, enabling accurate weekly sales volume and gross margin forecasts, and communicate these effectively to line management. • Track, measure, and analyze sales performance throughout the month, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to ensure targets are met. • Identify and pursue key account opportunities across government, fleet, and private sectors to expand Used CV & IE market share. • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Support negotiations and contract discussions to ensure commercially viable and mutually beneficial outcomes. • Promote Al-Futtaim’s total solution offerings, including finance, insurance, and service contracts, to maximize customer value and profitability.
REQUIREMENT

• Strong project management and execution capabilities. • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. • Proven negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset. • High level of financial awareness and commercial acumen. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or other regionally spoken languages is an advantage. • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical, numerical, and presentation skills. • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Engineering or Management is preferred. • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience within the automotive industry, preferably in Heavy Commercial Vehicles. • Prior experience in the Used market is a strong advantage.
