DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support & incident management Provide remote and on-site technical assistance across hardware, software, connectivity and performance issues Log, prioritise and resolve support tickets within agreed response times; escalate and coordinate with internal teams/vendors when required Perform root-cause analysis and help drive preventative actions, documentation and repeatable support processes Infrastructure, monitoring & maintenance Monitor and support systems including servers and network infrastructure to maintain availability Assist with setup, configuration and installation of IT equipment and software applications Perform routine maintenance, patching and updates to ensure system reliability and security Automation / PLC support Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC-related issues (hardware, software and communications) Support installation and configuration of PLC hardware/software and assist with system integration activities Assist with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) preparation and support
REQUIREMENT

Must-have Proven experience providing incident support and problem management (remote and/or on-site) Strong troubleshooting approach and ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA or similar) Good working knowledge of networks (TCP/IP) and basic troubleshooting across routers, switches and firewalls Experience supporting Windows desktop/server environments (configuration, updates, basic administration) Nice-to-have (we’ll value this, but it’s not required) Industrial automation / PLC support experience (hardware, software and communications) Experience with PLC programming tools such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000 or Omron CX-One Experience setting up PLC hardware, configuring I/O modules and integrating PLCs with sensors/actuators and industrial equipment Experience integrating PLCs with SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control Exposure to monitoring, embedded/edge devices, and security practices in operational environments
