DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide IT & network support including installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including systems, servers, networks, and IT assets to ensure smooth daily operations Support system reliability and security, including backups, email systems, server monitoring, and implementation of new technologies
REQUIREMENT

Minimum NITEC in IT or related field Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting, system installation, configuration, and upgrades Experience in server monitoring, system backup, patching, and basic infrastructure support
