DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with FRS/GAAP and regulatory standards Manage tax planning and compliance, including coordination with authorities and external advisors Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights for decision-making Maintain strong internal controls, risk management, and support audit processes Lead, develop, and manage Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to achieve targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business growth
REQUIREMENT

Master's degree (S2) in Finance/Accounting or related field (MBA & professional certifications preferred) 10-15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with managerial experience Strong expertise in financial reporting (IFRS/GAAP), tax compliance, and financial management Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk, and internal controls Leadership, analytical thinking, and strong business acumen Willing to be placed at Head Office PT GSI (Makassar)
