DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify and penetrate new market segments Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to help them reach their individual and collective targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence, develop tailored solutions for clients, and ensure seamless delivery of products and services Analyze sales performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and implement data-driven initiatives to drive continuous improvement Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and secure repeat business Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and other strategic planning activities Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance the brand's visibility and thought leadership
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the consumer electronics or a related industry, with a track record of exceeding targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal teams Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategic decision-making Thorough understanding of the North Sulawesi market, including competitors, industry trends, and customer needs Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
