DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide Help Desk Support: Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve hardware, software, and network problems. Manage User Accounts: Create, update, and oversee user accounts, including password resets and access permissions. Ensure IT Security: Implement security measures, manage antivirus software, and conduct security audits. Carry out Data Backup & Recovery: Ensure data integrity, manage backup procedures, and assist in the recovery of lost or corrupted data. Support Mobile Devices: Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of mobile devices. Conduct Documentation: Create and update IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations. Deliver Training & User Education: Conduct sessions on IT best practices and raise security awareness among users. Oversee IT Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of hardware and software, track licenses, and manage lifecycle. Support Business Applications: Configure and customize internal applications, develop workflows, and integrate various enterprise tools Implement Process Automation: Streamline operations using workflow automation tools effectively. Provide Remote Support: Offer assistance to remote employees through remote access tools or phone support. Liaise with Vendors: Manage interactions with vendors for hardware and software services, including support contracts and warranty claims. Ensure Compliance: Confirm IT practices align with regulations and internal policies. Identify Improvement Opportunities: Propose and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and user satisfaction. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Relevant educational qualifications related to IT or a related field. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, help desk systems, and remote support tools. Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals. Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance standards. Proficient in using and building workflows within Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, Projects, Creator, People). Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft SharePoint and exposure to other enterprise software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ERP systems). Capability to install, configure, and troubleshoot business applications for both desktop and mobile platforms. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, ITIL Foundation, Zoho certifications) are advantageous.
