DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and execute overall financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and tax compliance (IFRS/GAAP) Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive management and Board of Directors Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and overall financial performance Ensure strong corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls Lead and develop Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to achieve business goals Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders
REQUIREMENT

Master’s degree (S2) in Finance/Accounting or related field (MBA and professional certifications such as CPA/ACCA preferred) 15+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with leadership at senior/director level Strong expertise in financial strategy, reporting (IFRS/GAAP), and tax management Proven experience in corporate governance, risk management, and compliance Strong financial analysis, modeling, and business acumen Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
