DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Identify and approach potential property buyers 2. Promote and present company property products to prospective customers 3. Explain product features, pricing, facilities, and payment options 4. Follow up leads and convert them into sales 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers 6. Assist customers throughout the transaction process 7. Achieve individual sales targets 8. Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and sales activities
REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree 2. Fluent in English, both spoken and written 3. Neat appearance/well-grromed with a professional attitude 4. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills 5. Confident, energetic, and target-oriented 6. Experience in property sales is preferred 7. Able to work independently and in a team 8. Own vehicle is an advantage
