DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records Handle general ledger, monthly closing, and financial reporting (PSAK/IFRS) Coordinate internal & external audits and resolve audit findings Perform account reconciliations and ensure tax & compliance requirements Support system implementation (ERP: Accurate, Odoo, Kingdee) and improve processes Lead and develop accounting team performance Collaborate with finance, tax, and operations teams Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with supervisory exposure Experience in retail/F&B industry is a plus Familiar with PSAK, IFRS, and audit processes Experience with ERP systems (Accurate, Odoo, Kingdee, or similar) Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Fluent in English is a plus Willing to be placed in PIK1, North Jakarta
