REQUIREMENT

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B technical sales or business development, ideally in civil engineering, construction materials, or infrastructure solutions. Engineering or business background with a strong technical understanding (geotechnics, environment, or infrastructure). Proficient in sales techniques and strategies. Strong understanding of the construction and building materials industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Team player with a positive attitude.
