DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Drive individual and team sales, including high-value transactions Build and manage VIP/VIC client relationships Deliver bespoke client service and host private appointments Supervise and coach the sales team to achieve targets Support daily boutique operations, VM, and inventory control Ensure compliance with brand standards and security protocols
REQUIREMENT

4–6 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in high jewellery Proven track record in high-value sales (diamonds/precious gemstones) Strong clienteling skills with VIP clientele Prior supervisory experience preferred Fluent in English
