DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Quantitative KPI's Timeliness Complete 100% of weekly and monthly finance tasks by required deadlines Handle AP/AR processing, payroll support tasks, reconciliations, project billing, and month-end activities Accuracy Maintain less than 2% error rate across financial processing and data entry Ensure zero material errors with significant financial impact Debtor Support Assist in maintaining average debtor days below target Support invoicing, follow-ups, allocations, and overdue account support Project Support Ensure project invoices and expenses are processed within agreed timeframes Support project financial entries, cost allocations, and communication with project managers Financial Processing & Administration Process accounts payable and accounts receivable including invoice entry, coding, and reconciliation Maintain supplier and customer records and payment schedules Assist with debtor follow-ups and monthly payroll support tasks Process employee reimbursements, advances, and credit card receipts Maintain financial records and documentation Project Financial Support Assist Project Managers with financial queries and document retrieval Ensure project expenses are entered accurately and on time Month-End Support Reconcile AP, AR, and bank/credit cards Provide documentation for journals, accruals, and prepayments Assist with maintaining the fixed asset register Compliance & Regulatory Support Ensure financial processes comply with tax requirements and accounting standards Assist with preparation of statutory obligations and financial compliance documentation Maintain accurate records and digital filing for compliance purposes Follow company policies, procedures, and safe work practices Contribute positively to company culture and teamwork Stakeholder & Administrative Support Respond to employee finance queries professionally and promptly Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding invoices and statements Support communication with external stakeholders as directed Undertake general administrative tasks as required
REQUIREMENT
