DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
The HR Officer will handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, payroll, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities also include managing employee records, supporting training and development initiatives, and contributing to fostering a positive work culture that aligns with Boost Juice Bars' values and mission.
REQUIREMENT
Recruitment and onboarding expertise to attract and integrate top talent. Employee relations and performance management skills to support a strong workplace culture. Proficiency in record-keeping, HR compliance, and policy implementation. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in the retail or food and beverage industry is an advantage. Familiarity with labor laws and HR systems in Indonesia is preferred. Proficient in Excel.
