DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Prepare strategic planning for manufacturing (both of production facility & warehouse).
Act as the Person in Charge (PIC) for the digitalization roadmap in the Supply Chain/PPIC and Warehouse areas.
Conduct improvements related to PPIC and Warehouse operations, particularly in digitalization initiatives.
Monitoring and implementing improvements in Supply Chain/PPIC and Warehouse operations to achieve targets.
Maintain & review capacity data in SAP and for external requirements.
Reviewing and updating SOPs for Supply Chain/PPIC and Warehouse operations & ensuring SOP is well implemented.
Ensure Warehouse facility requirement for space, pallets (Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and Packaging Materials), and forklifts to meet production & supply requirement.
Ensure no aging stock / minimize bad stock of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials & optimize stock levels and shelf life of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or other related fields.
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a PPIC & Warehouse / Continuous Improvement / Data Analyst Manager.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management, PPIC, and project management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP systems.
