DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support end-to-end recruitment processes. Handle payroll administration and maintain employee data records. Assist in managing industrial relations matters and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Coordinate and support employee training and development programs. Support performance management processes and other HR operational activities. Provide HR support and coordination across departments.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Officer. Experience in the shipping / maritime industry is highly preferred. Good understanding of Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Payroll, and Performance Management. Fluent in English (written and spoken). BNSP certification is preferred. Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
