DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identifying and developing new business opportunities. Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Creating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Conducting market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Negotiating contracts and agreements with key stakeholders in the Horeca sector. Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management. Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
REQUIREMENT

Proven expertise in business development, preferably within the FMCG/ Food and Beverage sector. Strong understanding of the HORECA segment and related sales strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. A proactive and results-oriented mindset. Experience in managing and growing client relationships effectively. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
