DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Store Opening Support Responsible for new store openings, including infrastructure setup (internet connectivity , network and wifi configuration, PDT and printer setup) and application staging (database preparation, ETP POS, and all relevant store applications). ETP POS Daily Support Provide daily operational support for the ETP POS application, including data transfer between Head Office and stores (replication process). Ensure daily support for the activation of prices and promotions created by the merchandising team at the store level. Ensure daily support for PO, DO/Transfer Out available at the recipient store. Provide daily support for Ecommerce Online-to-Offline (O2O) operations. Maintain daily support for all store applications, including CDA, BMC, Mapclub, GR Monitoring, and label printers. Perform deployment of ETP patches to all stores 3 to 4 times annually. Store IT Infrastructure Support Provide daily support for store IT infrastructure, including internet connection, store network, Wi-Fi, PDT, printers, PCs and other related devices. Provide daily support for the People Counter system and In-Store music and video systems.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. 1+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in retail or fashion industry. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
