DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management Overseeing the accounting team and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Identifying and mitigating financial risks, and implementing appropriate controls and procedures Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and ensure financial compliance Providing financial leadership and mentoring to the accounting team
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 8+ years of experience in a similar finance management role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
