DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Sales & Account Management: Responsible for achieving annual and monthly sales targets for each MTI account managed through effective area management and business relationships. Manage MTI areas & accounts handled.
Strategic Promotion Planning: Develop innovative promotion plans and marketing strategies to increase product penetration and market share in each account.
Promotion Execution & Monitoring: Ensuring that every promotion program runs on time according to plan (On-Plan) and monitoring its performance in the field on a regular basis.
Distribution Management: Managing and optimizing stock availability and smooth product distribution at every MTI account point to avoid Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations.
New Product Listing (NPL): Taking full responsibility for the new product listing process until the product is available on store shelves on time.
Business Negotiation: Conducting strategic negotiations related to activity plans, product placement (display), and other business collaborations for mutual benefit.
Budget & Trading Term Management: Manage the use of Trading Term budgets and On-Top costs efficiently to ensure optimal profitability and ROI.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide periodic reports (Weekly/Monthly) on action plan progress, sales performance, and program evaluation to the National Key Account Manager (NKAM).
REQUIREMENT
Minimum bachelor's degree in any major.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Key Account
Executive in the FMCG industry, specifically handling Modern Trade.
Proficient in business negotiations and contract management (Trading Terms).
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) for sales data processing.
